@sirtidychris - I would guess that the joke that TVaddict is referring to doesn't have anything to do with where the players are from, but just the complete drain on poorer teams, that some of these rich French clubs are inflicting. Of course when the Euro crumbles shortly, there will be a lot of players looking to return home, and abandoning clubs such as Toulon.

I actually think this is one of toulon's better signings as he is a french international....its the multitude of auzzies, kiwis, saffas and english lads that make the side a bit of a journeyman team and hard to get behind.....however as long as johny is playing there i'll be happy to see them do well.

classy player, apparently bath were interested, shame we couldnt snag him, we definitely need more of a threat in the centers with a bit of a passing game too, biggs can finish off on the wing with banahan, we need someone like a matthew tait in the center, there are so many classy kiwis and aussies that arent playing international rugby down south and sadly that where i think we should look to buy
