France head coach Bernard Laporte has announced his team to face Namibia for the Pool D match at the Stade Municipal in Toulouse on Sunday.
Only three players - Cédric Heymans, Damien Traille and Pieter De Villiers - remain from the side shocked 17-12 by Argentina in Friday's tournament opener.
Heymans moves from full-back to wing, with Clément Poitrenaud being handed the number 15 shirt.
There are also opportunities for fly-half Frédéric Michalak, lock Sébastien Chabal, flanker Yannick Nyanga and number eight Julien Bonnaire.
"We know we have to win our next three games against, Nambia, Ireland and Georgia and pick up all the bonus points available," Laporte said.
"The game against Namibia will not be an easy one. We have to set the record straight.

Jean-Baptiste Elissalde will lead the side whilst Raphaël Ibañez - "the natural leader of the team" - looks on from the bench.
"Raphaël is not 25 any more and we have to spare him," added Laporte.
An anticipated bonus-point victory for France would keep them in the quarter-final hunt, although Namibia proved a tough nut for Ireland to crack last weekend, losing just 32-17 in Bordeaux.
