For Wales, insult may be added to injury after tighthead prop Samson Lee was cited following Saturday's 31-30 loss to the Boks.

Lee, who has impressed tremendously for the Scarlets this season, and gave Tendai "Beast" Mtawarira plenty to think about in the tight, is alleged to have struck the head of South Africa second-row Flip van der Merwe during the second half.

The 21-year-old, replacing Adam Jones for his first Wales start, was cited under law 10.4 (a) - striking or punching an opponent by Kenya-based Citing Commissioner, James Absaloms.

The hearing will take place later on Saturday at Mbombela Stadium.
