21-year-old Jones made his debut for Wales against the Barbarians in June 2012 and earned his second cap a year later on the summer tour to Japan.

Uncapped 19-year-old Dragons back Amos has scored two tries in his eight outings for the region this season and has made 26 appearances since making his debut for the Dragons aged 17.

Prydie became the youngest player to play for Wales when he made his debut in the 2010 Six Nations against Italy aged 18 years and 25 days. He has gone on to make five appearances for Wales, earning his last cap on the summer tour to Japan.

Ospreys wing Eli Walker (hamstring) and Cardiff Blues fly-half Rhys Patchell (shoulder) have returned to their regions for further treatment.
