I disagree, Wales are not playing a very good game at the moment. Wales have never been any good at playing to this structure that Gatland wants to play, Wales do not possess the power that other nations have, Wales playing the way they do work very hard to get other the gain line and expand alot of energy while other nations are finding it easy to get over ours. This autumn Wales were always running across field going in to direct contact rather than look for space - by space im not on about 30 metres either side of a ruck i mean between two defenders, the shoulders, run here instead of directly at a defender, the defender has the advantage and therefore turnovers, slowing the ball occurs.
Personally Wales need to get that drilled this in to them but personally i would like to see an expansive game the exact Aus use.
Shanklin might be a club player but he was easily the best player for Wales in the Autumn
