Gloucester director of rugby Nigel Davies has lauded new signing Matt Kvesic and believes his work with Andy Hazell will only help his career.
The 21-year-old specialist openside flank, who joined from Worcester in the off-season, already has international experience under his belt.
And boss Davies has been impressed by what Kvesic has to offer, firing all kinds of superlatives at the hugely-promising 21-year-old back-row.
"Matt is the complete pro," he told The Citizen.
"It's amazing he's only 21, he's very professional, very competitive, a real winner, and he's going to play a major part in our season, there's no doubt.
"It's pretty much a perfect situation, an ideal scenario to have Andrew Stanley and Andy Hazell there, with Matt Kvesic coming through.
"It's an amazing scenario, you've got Andy Hazell who has been there and done it, and I'm sure he'll be imparting some of his knowledge to Matt - maybe not all of it, because he'll want to play as much as possible, of course, too!
"But Andy will certainly help Matt progress and hone his position-specific talents.
"And then you've got Andrew as well, whose association with Gloucester has been extremely long-standing.
"Andrew really knows that trade, and he will be able to help Matt continue to progress and improve, and really reach his full potential, and that's an exciting prospect."
