@melkdave - The Barbarians has always been followed with plenty of enthusiasm in South Africa. The problem is that we haven't seen much of them over the past few years due to the demands of Super Rugby and Tri-Nations. I quite like the idea of using first division players for these teams against England. It will help the players with some much needed exposure. But I don't believe the English need to fear them too much. There is a major gap between the first division and Currie Cup teams.

Good to see the Barbarains are valued outside the UK,and it will showcase up an comming players in SA .These matches wont be pushovers either and should test Englands talant as well
