Sergio Parisse will captain Italy in their clash with England on Sunday as coach Jacques Brunel makes several changes to his side.
Parisse returns at number eight to partner Robert Barbieri in the back row, with Brunel making seven changes in total to the side that were defeated 26-9 by Wales in Rome.
Joshua Furno and Quintin Geldenhuys form a new lock pairing, with Alberto de Marchi at loosehead prop and Andrea Lo Cicero dropping to the bench.
Luciano Orquera is restored to the starting line-up at fly-half, replacing Kristopher Burton.
Gonzalo Canale and Gonzalo Garcia will form a new-look centre pairing, with Tommaso Benvenuti dropping to the bench.
