Worcester full-back Errie Claassens and London Irish loose forward Chris Hala'ufia have been cited follow the latest round of the Aviva Premiership.
Hala'ufia has been cited for allegedly striking Wasps hooker T Rhys Thomas during the 30-19 victory at the Madejski Stadium on Sunday.
Claassens is to appear before a disciplinary hearing after being shown a red card for tripping Jonny May during Friday's 29-23 defeat at Gloucester.
Both hearings will take place in Coventry on Tuesday.
