Ruled out: Alberto Sgarbi
Italy centre Alberto Sgarbi has been ruled out of this weekend's Six Nations clash against Scotland due to an ankle injury.
The Treviso back started at inside centre in last Sunday's shock 23-18 defeat of France but was forced off in the second-half and will not travel to Murrayfield for Saturday's match.
Italy have a few headaches in midfield because former Clermont centre Gonzalo Canale, who came off the bench against France, is in doubt for the trip to Scotland as he struggles to recover from a knock to his right thigh.

Easy.
Move Masi into 12, that's his best and preffered position.

Sorry about Sgarbi an excellent centre but there is now no better opportunity to bring in Masi in his preferred position, an awesome prospect.

I would go with this: Masi at 12 Benvenuti at 13, Botes 11, Venditti 14 and McLean moving to full back.
Iannone on the bench as Utility and maybe Semenzato so either Gori or Boates could go winger.

Probably Gonzalo Garcia will take his place.

Big loss for them, he was the most understated player in the heroic Italy win last week. The Treviso back was a machine defender and distributed skillfully. Replacing him will be tricky.
