Former New Zealand fly-half Andrew Mehrtens has been named as head coach of Beziers-Herault.
The second division French club announced Mehrtens arrival on their club website, with former Australian back Manny Edmonds also joining as backs coach with Christophe Hamacek covering forwards and defence.
Mehrtens was an assistant coach with the club back in 2010 under Phillippe Benetton before the latter was sacked.
Beziers have not been involved in the Top 14 since 2006 and have only won two matches out of ten so far this season, leaving them in 14th place in the Pro D2.
