@melkdave - front row have been very good in the scrum - problem has been the insane refereeing! The penalty against Gethin for example for dropping the scrum was an absolute cast iron penalty to Wales. The main problem has been their throwing in as that clearly cost them the game due to a lack of possession, last weekend.
Wales have played badly, but I doubt if many will say they don't deserve 1v1.
Certainly they have missed Roberts in the centre.
Personally I doubt they will win this weekend. They have had their chances.

Have to agree with you @ heathy concerning Wales ,definatly not showing the form of the RWC or 6Ns,and players havent steped up .The frontrow has been a massive disappointment to me espically .You would expect the supposed class frontrow of Wales to really dominate their wallaby counterparts,in the scrum .As thats a lnown Australian weakness, the fact they havent for any meaningfull period is massivly disappionting.Considering that imo,A.Jones has been a total waste in genral play ,the pace of the game is leaving him well behind. The lineout has been a shambles ,mostly thru bad throwing in by M.Rees Also M.Phiilps and R.Preistland ,have been very poor this series .no power breaks/snipes bad kicking from hand ,and the worst sin of all for a half back, very bad distribution ,thus denying the backs to play to their potential, and panicing under pressure really ,why else kick in the final minutes last weekend..Disapline under pressure has also been lacking thoughout the team aswell ,to many penalties comparded to the 6Ns ect as shown by the heartbreak of last Saturday,Can Wales grab a win this weekend ,of course they can ,but still it will have been a very disappionting tour imo.As they had a real chance of wining the series ,and totally blew it imho.Had all the advantages before the 1st test ,and never turned up.Perhaps believing their own hype ,who knows ,they must do alot better if they ae ever going to win in the SH ,thats for sure

Hmm... This tour has been a disappointment and there is no getting away from it. Yes, a win would be good but in fairness, the Aussies do not have anything to play for as the series is won. It's the same for the English but the two situations could not be more different. Wales would have wanted to show that they are a good side and are capable of competing with the Southern Hemisphere teams. This series has showed that ATM they can't. They started slowly and never put down any marker. Some players have not stepped up to the mark and Wales have gone back to the inability to see out a game when in front. There is a lot to work on for Wales and they will need to get back to the drawing board as this has not been a good time for them.
