I don't think Hartley is a particularly good player anyway tbh. He holds his own at international level but he's certainly not undropable. Theres nothing wrong with having players in the team who are up for the fight, but you cant go around breaking peoples elbows and knee dropping people. And biting! Its almost as bad as that kiwi rugby league player who got band years ago because he used to stick his fingers up opposition players a**e holes! In fact i think that guy and Hartley would have a lovely night together. lol.

"..Some have suggested that he had a finger-shaded fish hook in his mouth."

Baselessly, because some don't like to acknowledge a petty coward is representing their country. There are better and much more deserving hookers in England anyway... Drop Hartley from the England squad permanently.

Great try by cipriani. Why is such a complete knob? Obviously has an entourage who tell him what he wants to hear. Pity he doesn't have a few mates who tell him what's what.

I was at the Rebels game. Good try but Cipriani's celebration just made him look like a massive bell..! Evidence that the SH game is clearly about ratings and impressing the pop idol judges. If he does this on return to Sale they're hyper extend his arm and bite his finger after the game.

didn't Cipriani pull a Hammy after his dance?

Reserving judgement on Hartley because he's English. Wonderful.

Just to add to England's ill-disciplined players, can't forget Calum Clark for seemingly breaking the arm of Rob Hawkins. Apart from Youngs' over-reaction to being held on to, he doesn't even shake the 8's hand when its been dealt been, he comes across as worse than an insolent teenager sometimes

Wales - awesome performance and deserved winners of the GS. Let's hope they continue their form and we'll see them next year for the return match.

WG - can he do no wrong?! I'm not sure that Wales will make up the "lion's share of the Lions squd", as I think you're doing a great disservice to some other great players form the B&I Nations.

SL - it couldn't have gone any other way.

Stormers - As I mentioned on another thread, I must watch more SR and accept the wrath of my wife.

Clermont - remarkable. Not often I want the Fez Heads to win, but I do this time.

Exeter - I wish Bath had some of their magic. Incredible things going on down there.

WF & DL - bright futures for these two awesome players.

Fiji were magnificent - showed how good 7s can be. NZ will be smarting, but it's still a great competition and a fantastic "show"!

Wembley - shame it's at the "Home of Soccer", rather than the "Home of Rugby", but English rugby does appear to be in rude health.

Scotland - the only way is up and let's hope it's sooner, rather than later.

Cips - I can't believe that there were advocates of his antics on the other thread! He's one of a few (see next point) who needs to concentrate on the rugby and leave the rest well out of it. And please don't encourage him to go out to clubs!

England's misbehaving youngsters - still some RWC attitude hangovers, I fear. SL seems to be dealing with them well, though. However, the debate on the Youngs Ban thread is whether we are sanitising the game too much. My rambles there were prolonged, but give you my point of view.

Munster and Aironi - I didn't see the match, but doesn't it just highlight that any team can beat another, if it's "their day"?

Blues - they won't be down long.

Spam e-mail - at least you get the press releases! We have to wait for the press to release it!
