I've studied the piece of paper in question and it really is nothing special. Its just the usual All Black defensive tactics... it quite clearly says
"...whenever the opposition come with 10m of the try line, Richie McCaw to repeatedly kill the ball on the ground. As per usual the Ref will not issue a yellow card..."

Planet Rugby.I and I'm sure many others read other rugby sites and so far you are the only journo's ??? that have mentioned " All Blacks Fuming " .
As a fan I'm just disappointed.
