Jason Woodward: Out with a back injury

Rebels full-back Jason Woodward has been ruled out of Friday's match with the Bulls in Pretoria due to a back injury.

Woodward sustained the injury in the Rebels' 34 -17 loss to the Lions in Johannesburg last weekend. It's a disappointing end to a wonderful two year career in Melbourne, with Woodward returning home to New Zealand in 2015 to play for the Hurricanes.

Alex Rokobaro comes into the starting line-up on the right wing as Woodward's replacement with Telusa Veainu, who was originall picked for that position, moving to full-back.

Lock Sam Jeffries will be elevated to the bench for what will be his Super Rugby debut if called upon.

Woodward finishes his Rebels career with 210 points, including six tries in 26 matches.

Rebels (Revised): 15 Telusa Veainu, 14 Alex Rokobaro, 13 Tamati Ellison, 12 Mitch Inman, 11 Tom English, 10 Jack Debreczeni, 9 Luke Burgess, 8 Colby Fainga'a, 7 Scott Fuglistaller (capt), 6 Luke Jones, 5 Cadeyrn Neville, 4 Hugh Pyle, 3 Laurie Weeks, 2 Shota Horie, 1 Toby Smith.
