Treviso head coach Franco Smith has made six alterations to his starting line-up for Saturday's match against the Ospreys at Stadio Monigo.

The backs are almost the same as the previous match in Cardiff. The only exception is Alberto Chillon, who is in for Simon Picone at scrum-half.

Kris Burton is at fly-half, having scored all 18 points for Benetton Treviso at Cardiff City Stadium last week - including two superb drop-goals.

The big changes are in the pack. In the front row, Diego Vidal starts at hooker with Pedro Di Santo playing as tight-head prop, while Enrico Ceccato is starting from the bench. Benjamin Vermaak and Captain Antonio Pavanello are the locks.

There are also changes in the back row, where Marco Filippucci is playing at number eight, and Gonzalo Padṛ and Francesco Minto are playing as flankers.

Winger Michele Sepe is starting from the bench.

Treviso are attempting to record their first win of the season on Saturday, after two defeats in a row against Connacht and Cardiff Blues.

Meanwhile, the Ospreys will hope to take their home form on the road when they visit Italy.

"After two home wins we're back on the road facing a difficult opponent who are always a tough nut to crack, particularly at home," said Forwards Coach, Jonathan Humphreys.

"There's a lot of good things that we can take from the last two matches but equally, there are plenty of areas where we didn't hit the standards we expect and so we've been focusing on getting that right in training this week.

"There's a good feeling among the group at the moment but it's important not to get carried away. Yes, it's two from two, but that's all it is and there's a lot of rugby to be played yet for this group of players. If we keep working hard, concentrate on the basics, and everybody knows and understands their roles, then there's no reason that we can't continue to pick up wins, but that won't happen if people don't put in the work in training during the week."

Form: Treviso gained their solo point in the RaboDirect PRO12 courtesy of a losing bonus point at home to Connacht in round one. Treviso have won four of their last six home games in the tournament, but have not beaten a Welsh region since they defeated the Dragons at Stadio Monigo on 1 October 2010. Ospreys have not started a season with three successive victories since 2008/09. The Welshmen have won their last three regular season fixtures in the tournament, whilst their only two away wins in this competition since November have both been in Italy. Ospreys have won all the four previous encounters with Benetton Treviso in all competitions.
