Exeter Chiefs forward James Hanks will face an RFU disciplinary hearing with regards to an incident during Sunday's game against Saracens.
Hanks has been charged with allegedly 'making contact with the eye or eye area of an opponent', the man in question being Steve Borthwick.
The case will be heard on Tuesday.
