@daibok cant see that being true because if it was it would mean that divvy has finally become successful lol.

Ramage you are mistaken. Divvy has been working undercover for the Sharks in Capetown. His mission - stop the best three quarter line in SA from scoring tries.

Sorry Martin PDV is not available as I am reliably informed he has been asked by Mugabe to become the Minister for Sport in Zimbabwe.

@KingShark, agree 100 percent. Sharks should never lose the easier games. They have to get the mental part of the team right. Until then no championships.

I think it would do Plum good to take a rest. He did well with the Sharks over the last couple of seasons, bagging two Currie Cup titles in the last four years. Perhaps a rejuvenated coach could translate the potential in the union into Super Rugby success next year.
If I could ever give Plum one piece of advice, it would be to extend his coaching team. The Bulls and Stormers each have about 7 full time coaches, taking care of fitness, defense, backs, forwards, kicking, mental etc. If there is one area where the Sharks should improve, it is the mental aspect of their game. I need only point to their frequent knockout stage exits from the tournament: they clearly have the potential, they just need the belief and conviction.

I totally agree with his need for a break. My question is, when do the players get a break? Those running rugby are destroying the game with their greed.
