Dhould have been banned from the wallaby squad full stop .Till this is sorted once and for all.Myself i thiink his as guilty as hell and should be locked up for a couple of months .Then just maybe he and QC and JOC ect wont think they are above us mortals ,and behave as adults and role models .

ZG was in another country, off season - Cook Islands - their police did not lay any charge/s. He was suspended four matches by his employer and ordered to undergo counselling for bad behaviour as an employee.

Quite wrong to compare then - no charge, no bail, no pending conviction. Bad behaviour yes, but essentially a lot of hearsay and media hype - fail to see why CI police would have cared, or even heard of him.

Either they accept his eg apology and financial compensation or they don't.

Presuming that if agreement could have been reached before this hearing, which KB would surely have preferred, there'd be no further charges.

What bugs me is the whole that he and a number of other high profile Aus players seem to be "above the law" when it comes to bringing the game into disrepute. How is it players like Lote T get shafted for being a twit yet others in this current crop of "stars" are allowed to rob, fight, steal cars, use recreational pharmaceuticals and the ARU turn a blind eye.

John O'Neil and his cronies have set precedents that will have ramifications for a long time within Australian Rugby. Whilst no one expects any sports star to be a perfect saint but any time there are criminal charges and acts that tarnish the Union game, players should be held accountable and not allowed to carry on like nothing has happened. Its the price you pay for earning massive dollars and living in the public eye.

This would never happen to an England player....being charged for JUST common assault. Our lads would never sink that low,ABH,GBH, public decency offences are just so much more the next level.
