@ JayStarr. You are what the English would call ' a right real **** my chap' Firstly I would like to point out to you that when Nick Mallet became couch the majority of the team consisted of wp personnel and players and even though HM's team consist mostly of bull's his starting xv for the first game in this tour has more sharks than bull's in it. You posting you're disgust all over PR on how HM is biased and then going on to state that the wp is the best team in the country blablabla nag nag crap is starting to get on everyone's nerves. Just tell me when last did the wp win any silverware and don't tell me about how you only lost two games and are on the top of the log currently as that doesn't mean shyt if you loose at the end which by the way is very likely and even if you win that's one cup in how many years exactly? Most of the Saffas on here are shocked and disappointed at the team that was picked but when those guys put on those green jerseys they are all first and foremost South Africans and I for one will support them because of this. I'll probably rant if they loose but when next they play I'll still be supporting them.

Now go and win something for a change and give HM and the boys the benefit of the doubt, if they fail then you can come and nag again and do the 'I told you so' bit, until then...........no wait you know what, just shut the hell up or move to NZ cause you know you want to

For those who are going on about Habana's statement that they have no excuses and then goes on to mention all the obstacles that the Springboks may face. You clearly don't understand the demographics of a media interview. Usually you get asked a question( which this piece doesn't mention) then you get some time to answer. You don't know what was asked but you're judging what he said. I don't see anything wrong with what he said to be honest as he merely stated what the obstacles are but that they cant use them as excuses for failure as they have been in the same boat before.

@ melkdave...what a load of bollocks. Even the inbound tours previously at the end of the Soopa series, the SH teams have virtually no rest. In bound tours were/ are at the end of your season and mid-way through ours. What are you on about? Even if the NH teams win this weekend, that won't prove your theory at all. Mewling and whining? Most of us can't wait mate. Pull your dopey head in.

JayStarr. Thank you for showing every one here what a soutpiel really is! So the sea is pushing your trossie towards england this time. I suspect that if SA wins the sea current will change. With your comment thread, you have just made it so easy for me to explain to my english speaking friends, why we call your kind soutties. Cheers mate.

@jaystarr, i now get you clearly not a ok supporter through and through. Bok supporters get seriously pissed off but never would pull out a British passport and support them.

I'd say and sure speak for most, poms are welcome to your support and advice. It must be hard being in no mans land thinking of where your legions lies.

Tat Ta as you poms might say.

It's good they're thinking about losing already. Even if it's no excuses that shows they're thinking loss is quite likely.

As ive posted before ,NH teams have had those problems for years ,lack of preparation going from league to international in a week -10 days ect .Now its a leval playing field all the SH teams are moaning and mewing like little babies .Welcome to the real world is all i have to say ,and i for one have no symphathy .Now maybe just maybe the IRB rankings will start to show the true picture, concerning teams form .Rather than the version we have now.The RWC showed the gap between nations in the SHand NH isnt as big as it looks imho,or maybe just doesnt exsit. Also the gap between teir 1 and tier2 teams is alot closer than most think

JayStarr says...

@ Ruggernaut: Lol - exaclty what I thought! A bit Basil Fawlty-ish... Mentioning all the excuses while saying that you are not going to mention those excuses!

As far as I'm concerned, the Springboks are busy making excuses.

I hope England realises the golden opportunity they have to beat the Springboks on Saturday - they are there for the picking. And this is coming from a Springbok supporter who don't want to see them turned into the Bulls... So I'm taking out my British passport and cheering for the English this Saturday.

I do like Habana new positive attitude and he did show good form through out the super rugby this year...

I`m just intrested to see who will be the centre pair...Jdv and Frans Steyn? Jdv and JP Pietersen?

Ruggernaut says...

Err...he says there will not be any excuses, yet he is elaborating quite substantially on the many obstacles they had to overcome leading to this weekend's match...but no excuses. Nope, not at all.
