Jimboism Ulster have the same amount of NIQs as any of the provinces. Ridiculous comments like that should not be approved.

Hang on mate thats a bit of an off the wall comment. Roger Wilson, Tommy Bowe, Niall O'Connor, Rob Herring ( hmm yes questionable the last one) all coming in. Definitely massive nett swing toward Irish qualified players north of the border

Nick Williams was never an outstanding player at Super Rugby level.... he could barely make the 22 man squad at Munster. I am not too empathetic about the idea of a foreign player blocking the development of another Ireland qualified player.
Good luck Ulster... and good luck to Nick Williams... I hope that you prove to be an inspired signing.

Ulster signed Roger Wilson back from Northampton so don't see the need for this signing. Williams is a good player when fit but didn't make much of an impact at Munster. Rumour was he was bit fond of the sauce

If there aren't any decent Ulster 8's who are coming through then i don't see what the problem is

There are hierarchy stages in the minds of any Europeans Rugby Management team. International representatives comes second to the club winning the trophies and of course the money as the ultimate goal

thought he was always injured at munster, more interested in sean doyle who we have just signed, a genuine open side, an irish qualified australian with good credentails(apparently).

Another contribution to Irish Rugby by Ulster?
Lets face it, you are taking away the opportunity for an Irish player. Do you really need him?
Is he worth taking up a place of an Irishman?

J_HDK its the same level actually, as they lost Wannenburg and got Williams. Hoping this isn't as much of a step backwards as it appears

How have Ulster managed to do this?
How many players do they have now that are not Irish qualified?

Is he really only 28???? I thought he must be 10 years older than that at least!
