Fresh from defeating Munster at Thomond Park, Glasgow scrum-half Chris Cusiter is targeting another win over Irish opponents this week.

The Warriors face Ulster at home on Friday as the battle for a top four spot goes down to the wire.

Glasgow inflicted Munster's first home league loss of the season thanks to tries from Jonny Gray, Sean Maitland and Josh Strauss, but Cusiter knows the job is not done yet.

Gregor Townsend's men occupy fourth spot currently but have the Ospreys tucked in behind them waiting to strike.

At the same time, a home semi-final isn't impossible for Glasgow with Ulster only five points ahead and the Scottish outfit having a game in hand.

"Friday's game against Ulster at Scotstoun is absolutely massive for us," Cusiter told glasgowwarriors.org.

"They got a good bonus-point win on Friday against Connacht and in terms of the play-offs it's absolutely huge for us.

"We won over in Belfast at the start of the season and didn't play that well and both teams have obviously come on a lot since then so this is a huge game.

"Scotstoun is looking great just now with the new stands going up and hopefully we'll have a big crowd for the game. It'll be good to be back home at Scotstoun again.

"The fact we were the first team to win at Thomond this season and with it being such a big game for us in terms of the play-offs it was a very special win."
