Racing Metro have denied reports that they are one of the clubs looking to sign Wales full-back Leigh Halfpenny.
The Cardiff Blues man has been linked with a move to France, with Toulon, Clermont and Racing reportedly interested in securing the 24-year-old's services.
However, Racing have distanced themselves from such speculation.
"Racing Metro 92, through its president Jacky Lorenzetti, wishes to deny this information. The club is not one of the proposed bidding agents," the club said in a statement.
Halfpenny is entering into the final year of his contract with the Blues, and while Cardiff chief executive Richard Holland has stated the region's desire to retain the Lions star, they may struggle to do so if the big offers from abroad that are expected are made.
