They have a mountainous task in developing into a genuine contender, they always have an air of potential that seems to dissipate by the half way mark of the season... some new recruits and a few seasoned pro's are needed to balance the ship, would like to seem them eventually develop some local talent even if they have to pinch a few players from AFL ;)
