Fly-half Demetri Catrakilis has signed a two-year deal with Western Province, which will see him stay after the 2013 Currie Cup.
Catrakilis returned to Cape Town after the 2013 Super Rugby season, initially on a loan deal, but has now put pen to paper on a full-time basis for another two seasons.
"Demetri knows our structures and systems and it's great news to have him back here - for the Currie Cup and beyond," said head coach Allister Coetzee.
"He left us to gather Super Rugby experience and he has come back with that (Super Rugby) knowledge and the confidence to continue contributing for Western Province and the Stormers.
"Demetri will hopefully be back in action in the next two weeks (from his shoulder injury) and we look forward to seeing him back on the field in the 2013 Currie Cup competition."
"It's well-documented what Demetri achieved in last year's Currie Cup, so we're lucky to be able to call upon him, Gary van Aswegen and Kurt Coleman - not to mention youngsters like Tim Swiel and Dillyn Leyds, who have done so well in the WP Under-21 team - in the WP number ten jersey."
