The Brumbies have ordered former coach Jake White to pay them A$25,000 for walking out on them last season, according to a report.
The Sydney Morning Herald state that by joining the Sharks before his non-compete clause had expired, White was in breach of contract given that his agreement to not coach another Super Rugby side did not expire until the end of 2015.
White originally owed a total of A$200,000 for breaking his contract, with the Sharks paying off the balance earlier this year.
But the Brumbies are after the outstanding sum and White was served with papers relating to the matter before the Sharks played the Brumbies in Canberra earlier this month.
White left the Brumbies last year, two years into a four-year contract, having lead them to the Super Rugby Final.
