Despite some drawbacks in the conference system structure I think it's actually working; another exciting finish, bigger crowds and certainly more media interest which can only be good for the game. My money's on the Reds.

Alas for the Highlanders that the officials allowed two dodgy tries in their match against the Hurricanes.
