The Waratahs have confirmed that they have signed Reds utility back Jono Lance and Biarritz back-rower Tala Gray for next season.
Waratahs head coach Michael Cheika said 22-year-old Lance's skills set and hard edge would make a valuable addition to his squad.
"Jono brings a dual running and ball distribution game and he is an excellent defender," he said.
"He has all the qualities to fit the profile of what we are looking for."
23-year-old Gray was recruited from Biarritz, having played in Sydney club rugby before switching to France.
"He's the type of player we're looking for," Cheika said.
"Rugged in attack and defence, Tala is a strong ball carrier and a big worker.
"He also has a bit of edge which I really like in players and he is hungry to prove himself back in Australia."
