Blues coach Sir John Kirwan has admitted that All Blacks centre Ma'a Nonu is likely to return to the Hurricanes for the 2015 Super Rugby season.
Nonu has an out clause in his contract with the Auckland side and there have been persistent rumours of him wanting to head back to Wellington.
Kirwan has been reluctant to talk about Nonu's future but with the Blues' Super Rugby season over, he has admitted that All Black veteran could be heading 'home' as he is really missing his family.
"If he needs to go home then I'll fully support that. He's been great for us this season he's played some his best rugby at Super level for us. But like anyone, if you really miss your family that's the most important thing," Kirwan told Radio Sport.
