Henry Speight scored a late try to secure victory for the Brumbies in the inaugural World Club Sevens competition.
The winger grabbed a last-gasp five-pointer to seal a 17-14 win over Auckland at Twickenham on Sunday. It was the speedster's second try of the match and denied Auckland victory after the men from New Zealand had come back from 12-0 down.
Buenos Aires beat Harlequins 31-7 to take the honours in the third-place play-off. The Argentinian outfit had notched up a 19-0 lead at half-time and never looked back as they kept their foot on the gas in the second period.
New York won the Plate final, beating Gloucester 33-7.
