The Chiefs will face the Brumbies in Saturday's Super Rugby Final in front of a full house at the Waikato Stadium in Hamilton.
According to the Chiefs' official website, supporters queued outside the stadium from Tuesday night and by Wednesday all 25 000 tickets were sold out.
The Chiefs are the defending champions after securing their first title last year when they beat the Sharks 37-6 at the same ground.
If they win this weekend they will become the first side to defend their title since 2010 when the Bulls beat the Stormers 25-17 in Soweto.
The Brumbies have won the tournament on two previous occasions. They are in their first final since 2004, when they beat the Crusaders 47-38 in Canberra.
