After 124 games of Super Rugby action, it's the Chiefs and the Brumbies who will fight it out for the 2013 honours.

The pair, who were the underdogs in the eyes of many heading into Saturday's semi-finals, will meet in Hamilton on Saturday to decide the victor.

The Chiefs were the first to book their spot in the final as they downed the Crusaders 20-19 in a pulsating encounter at the Waikato Stadium.

Not to be outdone, the Brumbies then registered a 78th minute try to beat the Bulls 26-23 at their fortress Loftus Versfeld.

The Chiefs will be looking to secure back-to-back titles after claiming their maiden crown last season while the Brumbies will be seeking their third championship after winning the Super 12 competition in 2001 and 2004.

Super Rugby final:

Chiefs v Brumbies
Date: Saturday, August 3
Venue: Waikato Stadium, Hamilton
Kick-off: 19:35 (07:35 GMT)
