Wallaby back Pat McCabe will start at full-back for the ACT XV in his first game of rugby since Australia's loss to France last November.

McCabe returns to action after a fractured neck kept him sidelined for three months.

He is one of 12 contracted Brumbies players picked for the Round Two clash of the Pacific Rugby Cup in Tuggeranong.

The ACT XV opened the competition with a big score against Samoa A last Friday and will be looking for more of the same.
