O'Mahony out, Henderson in for Ireland

Ireland have made one change to their starting line-up that will face Italy in Dublin on Saturday, as Iain Henderson replaces the injured Peter O'Mahony.

Henderson starts at blindside flanker in place of the sidelined O'Mahony and will form a back-row trio alongside Chris Henry and Jamie Heaslip.

Paul O'Connell leads the side and packs down in an unchanged front five alongside Devin Toner, Cian Healy, Rory Best and Mike Ross.

Johnny Sexton has recovered from a thumb injury to take his place in the team in the backline that started the games against England and Wales.

There are a two changes on the bench with Rhys Ruddock replacing Henderson who starts and Eoin Reddan coming in for a rested Isaac Boss.

Brian O'Driscoll becomes the most capped Test player in history, claiming his 140th appearance (132 for Ireland and eight for the Lions).
