England head coach Stuart Lancaster has recalled centre Manu Tuilagi and winger Marland Yarde to his squad that will prepare to take on Wales.
The duo are named after recovering from injury.
Also included in the 32-man group are Freddie Burns, Chris Ashton and Ben Youngs, with back-rows Matt Kvesic and Tom Johnson named.
England will be looking for revenge over Wales following last year's 30-3 loss to the Six Nations holders at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
Billy Vunipola is, of course, ruled out injured.
