Worcester Warriors signing Leonardo Senatore has spoken of his delight at joining up with his new team-mates at Sixways.
The 29-year-old Argentine international back-row was impressed by the facilities and the make-up of the Premiership side, having faced the Warriors while playing for his country two years ago.
Senatore boosts the Argentine contingent of the Warriors squad to four, with hooker Agustin Creevy and second row Mariano Galarza joining he and fly-half Ignacio Mieres at Sixways following the finish of the Rugby Championship.
"I played here for Argentina against Warriors in 2011 and I was impressed - it is a really good place," said Senatore.
"I'm really happy to be here. The club has a very good structure, and I look forward to playing because I really like the club.
"It's good because [the Argentinian players] have all known each other for a few years and we know how each other play. It will make us more confident.
"The fans are excellent here and their support will help us to play well. I want to play at a really good level every weekend and I want to be part of a good side.
"I was here on Friday when we played against Harlequins and the atmosphere was good. I am ambitious to play and do what I love.
"Dean Ryan is a very good coach and has a lot of experience. I already know him because he was an excellent player.
"The coaches will help us to play at our maximum level and if we work hard, we will start to get some good results. I can't wait to get started."
