London Irish will look to complete a Heineken Cup win double over Racing Métro when the Paris side arrive at Madejski Stadium on Saturday.

Paul Hodgson will lead the Exiles out to celebrate his 200th game for the Aviva Premiership club.

Tom Homer has been named on the wing for the crucial reverse fixture. Homer is one of three personnel changes from last Saturday's victory in Paris. Adrian Jarvis will start at fly-half alongside Darren Allinson and Jamie Gibson comes in at openside with Ofisa Treviranus moving to eight.

"It was fantastic to win away at Racing Metro last week. We proved that we can compete at the top level in Europe away from home," said London Irish head coach Toby Booth.

"We're still very much in this tournament and fighting for our place. It is important we capitalise on last week's game and make tomorrow count."

Meanwhile, Racing have handed starts to Julien Saubade, Jonathan Wisniewski, Nicolas Durand, Sebastien Chabal, Alvaro Galindo, Remi Vaquiin, Francois van der Merwe and Santiago Dellape as they make several changes from last week's 14-34 negative in Paris.
