What a farce - it wasn't even worth writing home about, it doesn't merit a penalty, a card or a suspension.

So, he has been cited! The offence should have been dealt with on the pitch ż definite penalty and possibly a yellow card.
Now we will see the absolutely spineless disciplinary system of the RFU.
Verdict? Oooh, lower end of the scale.
So, with his "exemplary" record, plus guilty admission and the fact that Care deliberately put himself into Tuilagis arms I guess he will get one week ban.
Heżll be available for the tour then!!??!??!?! How surprisingż
An undoubtable talent ruined by his absolute lack of or disregards for discipline.
It would be better if he did not go - he is a liability and costs points...

I think it's all much ado about nothing, as there was no malice or real danger. But the laws are what they are and, if they see it that way, a ban is sure to follow.
On past judgements it will be either a pointless ban, allowing him to play almost immediately, or for 1000 years. The Judicial panel never seem to get the balance right, do they?

Seems a bit harsh! Didn't see him release player nor did I think he drove him down. Should be ok though, key England players seldom miss important test matches through bans!

Certain ban I'm afraid and England really needed his physicality and ability to break the line in midfield. Huge loss for the tour... unless he's taken for the last test only... might be worth it if he gets to spend time with the squad, I don't know how a ban works is he still able to train and practice?
