Quins move: Tim Molenaar

Harlequins have announced that centre Tim Molenaar has joined the club from Gloucester until the end of the Aviva Premiership season.

New Zealand born Molenaar, who is recognised as a tough, physical centre, made 75 first-team appearances for Gloucester, scoring 10 tries.

Prior to his time at the Cherry and Whites, Molenaar played in over 100 league games for Nottingham from January 2005 onwards.

"Given our injury situation and the time of the season, we are very fortunate to sign a player of Tim's experience. We are looking forward to welcoming him to the Harlequins family," said Harlequins director of rugby Conor O'Shea.
