Perhaps rugby clubs can't sustain all these full time professionals. Back to the Ark or back to the drawing board?

@sirtidychris "slippery" was the adjective most commonly used when describing him. I'm not sure that he broke as many tackles as he seemed to wriggle out of.
Still think he would be a valuable addition to a few premiership squads and surprised he can't get a gig somewhere (I mean Tindall has).

He was a bit of a local hero in somerset and i used to play against him when he was at kings school taunton, he seemed to cut very good angles and always broke the first tackle which led to his england caps...it seems he has faded however in the latter half of his career which is a shame beacuse he had genuine talent, age is not necessarily an issue its just whether you are good or not, unfortunately for voycey he is in the average bracket these days and should be looking to the championship like paul sampson and other aging wingers did.

He should try a division lower and convert to a 13 then come back up.

Nail on head Tom, wing is one of the few positions on the field where a mature head isn't essential. You only need to look at the number of wingers re-inventing themselves as centres or full-backs as the years advance and the pace reduces.
Shame that he doesn't see a future in rugby at all - I thought most clubs put their players through the foundation coaching badges, so it seems a shame that that option doesn't feel open to him.
