sure they'll be double-checking all their birth certs after this week's scandal in SA age-group rugby, Under 18 players found to be over that age, false birth certs, two are 22 and 23 years old. One represented both SA Schools and the Sharks under 19 side in 2011 despite being (at least) 21 years old at the time.

Sharks Academy operations manager Roelof Kotze, who was the SA U18 Sevens squad¿s team manager during Commonwealth Youth Games, suggested that this is a national problem. ¿If it happened in KZN, you better believe this is happening in other regions too"

On that basis I'm expecting to see Victor Matfield added to the 2012 squad.
