Toulouse hooker Chiliboy Ralepelle is set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines after suffering a knee injury against Biarritz.
Toulouse manager Guy Novès told reporters that the Springbok hooker will be out "for a long time" without giving exact details as to the nature of the injury.
The news comes as a massive blow to the Toulouse's already decimated squad. Novès added that lock Patricio Albacete, centre Yann David and fly-half Lionel Beauxis have all been ruled out of Saturday's Top 14 clash away to neighbours Castres.
Toulouse have already been deprived of the Six Nations contingent - Louis Picamoles, Yannick Nyanga, Jean-Marc Doussain, Yoann Huget, Yoann Maestri and Maxime Medard - this weekend.
Loose forward Yacouba Camara has been called up to the French U20 squad, meaning he is also unavailable.
The four-time European champions are also missing long-term injured players Luke McAlister, Thierry Dusautoir, Florian Fritz and Grégory Lamboley.
