Toulouse have given quartet Thierry Dusautoir, Yoann Maestri, Jean-Marc Doussain and Yoann Huget a week off following their exertions for France.
All four played in France's 19-10 defeat to South Africa on Saturday and have now been ordered to rest, meaning they will miss the trip to Grenoble.
Dusautoir and Maestri started all three of France's Tests while Huget was first choice against New Zealand and the Springboks, the same two games for which Doussain was a substitute.
On Saturday, Toulouse struggled without their France contingent, only beating newly-promoted Oyannax 14-3 at home which leaves them third.
The four players will make their return for the visit of Connacht in the Heineken Cup.
