Saturday op: Jonny Wilkinson
Toulon fly-half Jonny Wilkinson is set for minor surgery on an "inflammation of the pelvic area" this Saturday, which rules the veteran out for one week.
His club said that Dr. Gilles Roboul will conduct the operation in Bordeaux, with Wilkinson only expected to miss the clash with Mont-de-Marsan.
Wilkinson was a starter in Toulon's Heineken Cup defeat to Montpellier on Saturday but had to leave the field for a spell in the first half with a cut lip.
In other injury news from Toulon, former Springbok lock Bakkies Botha has returned from South Africa where he was recovering from surgery to a fractured cheekbone. I is expected back on the field early February.
Scrum-half Sébastien Tillous-Borde is not yet ready to return to training but is recovering from blood poisoning suffered in December.

@ ArmchairGeneral - I'm not sure they'll all be females. Or surgeons, for that matter!
The chance to get that close to JW's family jewels..? Hard to resist for some!
(I must remember not to let my wife near the sports section of the paper, before she's booking a flight to the South of France!)
