Joubert reffing the Wales game, look out. No sure what has happened to him since the world cup. Before the world cup was easily the best ref however its safe to say he has had quite a few debatable performances. Steve Walsh who i think has improved in recent times is back . Wonder how he will perform after his dodgey performance last week for the canes games.
