OK, so you don't understand the term. Google it or something. Living in Samoa does not make you of New Zealand descent.

No not at all. New Zealand is made of of an amalgem of people of all sorts of backgrounds from the Pacific Islands, Aisia and Europe. They are know as New Zealanders. This includes Ken Pisi

"He is of Samoan and Italian descent apparently, not New Zealand descent"
And please tell me what exactly "New Zealand descent" is? .

Also, great to see another Pisi at NH. It's great watching George Pisi play.

@Tony
Both his brothers were born in Samoa, they both play for Samoa, Ken Pisi plays for Samoa for the 7s and 15s sides. He is of Samoan and Italian descent apparently, not New Zealand descent. I see what you're getting at, but I don't think anyone was making any implications with that statement. It was a fair comment.

"Pisi's early representative career was in New Zealand's colours"
Perhaps this just might just have something to do with the fact that he is a born and bred New Zealander
