Bulls hooker Chiliboy Ralepelle has been cited for alleged foul play during Saturday's Super Rugby win over the Western Force at Loftus Versfeld.
Ralepelle will face a disciplinary hearing on Monday where he will face a charge of contravening Law 10.4 (h) A player must not charge into a ruck or maul. Charging includes any contact made without use of the arms, or without grasping a player and Law 10.4 (k) Players must not charge into a ruck or maul without binding onto a player in the ruck or maul.
Ralepelle made contact at a ruck with Force wing Alfi Mafi in the 11th minute of the Bulls 36-26 victory in Pretoria.
The match officials did not act upon the incident on the field, and upon further review of the match footage, the citing commissioner deemed in his opinion the incident had met the red card threshold for foul play.
The citing is to be considered in the first instance by SANZAR Duty Judicial Officer, Adam Casselden.

Just in the interests of scientific study does anyone want to keep a citing score this year:
SA 1
Oz 0
NZ 0
Whoever wins will be able to "justifibly" claim victimisation at seasons end.
