Trinats

Mate I agree and disagree.

I agree that they promote their players regularly albeit this is a common factor amongst all nations. It demonstrates that they both have faith in their players and are hungry to win. We do the same just have a look at our ads around sports and comments by most Aussies including me. We all want our team to win, we all want a hero to admire, we all want those that make us feel good to excel, etc it's called human nature - the yearning for fulfilment factor which permeates through and into our behaviour is common.

I disagree that Pretorius has failed at the Tahs, he was a key factor in a number of our wins at the beginning of the season. Again it's human nature to lose confidence resulting in capacity to perform when you constantly perform only to be knocked down. Even greats like Ali needed encouragement to perform at his peak, read between the lines re Bowen's comments it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out that he is fumbling for reasons.

Bottom-line Trinats I am too old, have read far to much and have been around too long to be blind-sided by propaganda and believe that one culture is greater than another or even right - all cultures should be respected because they have been formulated over years with many contributing factors all of which when considered make sense. Mate we do things here that many criticise which you and I vehemently protect because we understand the reasons and factors which have contributed to theses.

While Saffas and Kiwis do things which are distinctly different to us there are a few areas which I believe you miss and the reason some of your banter is misread and opinion not respected. e.g. Kiwis punch way above their weight and are an extremely tight-knit society, they are the most confident and least arrogant of all the tri-nations.

That's not a stir, just pointing out a fact !!!

Saffas are a fickle lot, if one of their players has a good game, he is the next best thing in rugby. And they have always been like that, cricket too. Have a look at the past few years, how many No.10s have they said were the next best thing ??? one every week nearly !!!

As for Pretorius, he had a good season at the Cheetahs and there was outcry that the worlds next best No9 moved to Aus. Too many brandy and cokes, I reckon.

Good luck tomorrow, Tahs deserve a win. Hope it's not the normal arm wrestle and the ball is thrown around, either way I'll have a bundy for you.

His passing is the reason why the backs were moving faster and with him around our running game was better, sounds like an excuse to me.

It's blatantly obvious that the coaching staff at the Tahs are a problem, we have great players which have no interest in staying or playing, surely there needs to be some accountability from them.

C'mon Tahs like every other die hard we want to support a winning team.

Trinats lol, mate you are a stirrer of immense proportions. Love it.

I'm not surprised. Waratahs about to lose another good player but then they wil go out of the way to sign an expansive replacement. Similar to B. Mowen, K.Beale and so many others. S.Pretorious and B.McKibben need to be retained. Both r good. Da reason dey hev failed to fire is M.Foley n co. flawed coaching. Waratahs coaches n executives hev no idea whether dey r comin or goin.
