The only reason they offered the job to him is probably because nobody in SA wants it. I can't see them finishing anything above last place, for S15 and CC.

@sandal: There is a certain amount of animosity towards the Kings in SA rugby for various different reasons. It's not been revealed who else applied/was approached for the job, but I'll venture a guess that if Sexton wasn't the only candidate he was one of two. What do I think about another Kiwi coach in SA? Hey, if his team win matches...
