Torn bicep: Craig Burden

Toulon have been hit by the news that Bryan Habana has been ruled out for at least three weeks with a hamstring injury suffered against Exeter Chiefs.

Making his first appearance in the Heineken Cup since joining the European champions, Habana pulled up whilst on the attack in the 37th minute.

The 30-year-old, who has 95 caps for the Boks, was helped off the Sandy Park field on Saturday.

In a further setback to the Toulon cause, news has also emerged that hooker Craig Burden is expected to be out for a substantial period of time after suffering a torn bicep in the same game.

Meanwhile, Bakkies Botha had twelve stitches on a facial injury he sustained in the Heineken Cup clash.
